This Sunday evening of Memorial Day Weekend, we welcome back Dr. Craig Burnette, who will share with us his involvement in Warriors Once Again – a Transitional Residence for Homeless Veterans in Spartanburg. The residence, which opened recently, offers a strong, stable foundation to aid in rebuilding veteran’s lives.

Craig Burnette has been an advocate in working with homeless veterans on a national level as well as state and local levels. He retired after 28 years of service with the Department of Veterans Affairs, has worked as a Senior Consultant with Upstate Warrior Solution and has received numerous citations and awards, the most recent being The Order of the Palmetto – presented at the ribbon cutting and grand opening of Warriors Once Again.

A portion of the offering collected have been designated for Warriors Once Again – honoring Craig for sharing his creative energy as part of the service on this evening.
